| Objective: To understand the development status of hospital health resources in Changchun from 2017 to 2021,to find out the change rule and equity difference of hospital health resources allocation in each district of Changchun from 2017 to 2021,and to analyze it,so as to provide scientific reference for health decision-makers in Changchun to formulate corresponding policies.Methods: With the Compilation of Health Statistics of Changchun City from 2017 to2021 as the data source,descriptive statistics,Gini coefficient and Theil index were comprehensively used to analyze the trend and fairness of the number of hospitals,number of beds,number of health technicians,number of practicing(assistant)physicians and number of registered nurses in Changchun City from 2017 to 2021.Results: The number of hospitals,the number of beds,the resources of health technicians,licensed(assistant)physicians and registered nurses per 1000 population in Changchun showed an overall increasing trend from 2017 to 2021,and the allocation of health resources in urban hospitals was higher than that in other counties(cities),showing an increasing trend.The Gini coefficient of hospital health resource allocation by population ranges from 0.290-0.455,and that by geography ranges from 0.599 to 0.726,indicating a high Gini coefficient of health human resource allocation.The Thiel Index by population ranges from 0.3998 to 0.6574,and the Thiel Index by geography ranges from 1.1033 to1.4576.Conclusion: The allocation of medical and health resources in Changchun is unbalanced,and the fairness of the allocation according to population is better than that according to geographical area.The hospital health resources according to geographical distribution are highly unfair,and the difference of hospital health resources between urban area and other counties(cities)is great,so the allocation of health resources between urban area and other counties(cities)is unbalanced. |
