Objective Breast cancer is a serious threat to the life of women, one of the malignanttumors, the global incidence in region, race and ethnicity were distinct difference. Inrecent years, quite a few scholars of our country also starts to pay attention to the Hanand other ethnic groups between the breast cancer incidence differences and reasons. This article is on the expression of HER-2, ER and PR and correlation in breastcarcinoma in the the Tibetan and Han nationality women of Qinghai, and providescertain theory for the clinical therapy with breast cancer of Tibetan;Clear the threeprotein expression to provide certain theoretical basis for the clinical treatment ofTibetan women with breast cancer and the further study.Method Selection the Tibetan and Han nationality women with breast cancer in80cases of hospitalized in Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University, and The Tibetanwomen with the mammary gland fibroid tumor20cases, using SPimmunohistochemical method, detection the HER-2, ER, PR expression of everytissue, detailed record of breast cancer patients with menstruation, tumor size, TNMstage and lymph node metastasis, using of SPSS17.0statistical software for dataanalysis, clearly the relationship with the expression of HER-2, ER and PR of eachgroup and the expression of HER-2with clinical pathological parameters. Results The results of this study that breast cancer of Tibetan express HER-2, ER, PRrespectively31.3%,52.5%,63.8%and mammary gland fibroid tumor of Tibetanexpress HER-2, ER and PR respectively10%,30%,35%, there are obvious differences, with statistical significance (P<0.05); Breast cancer tissue of the Han expressionHER-2, ER and PR were25%,55%,67.5%, and the comparison the expressionHER-2, ER, PR of women breast cancer of Tibetan and Han,there were no significantdifferences between them (P>0.05).Women with breast cancer of Tibetan expressionHER-2, ER, PR correlation test, with statistical significance (P <0.05).The results of this study that both Tibetan and Han nationality women with breast cancer expressionHER-2are associated with menstrual status and tumor size, the difference was notstatistically significant(P>0.05),and TNM stages and lymph node metastases wererelated, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Tibetan and Hannationality with breast cancer expression HER-2(+++) respectively16.3%(13/80)and10%(8/80), no statistical difference (P>0.05), there were also no statisticaldifference. The results of this study that breast cancer of Tibetan expression ER andPR double positive occupied47.5%; ER and PR double negative accounted for27.5%;ER, PR and HER-2three negative13.8%; ER, PR and HER-2three positiveaccounted for10%. breast cancer of Han expression ER and PR double positiveoccupied48.8%; ER and PR double negative accounted for25%; ER, PR and HER-2three negative18.8%; ER, PR and HER-2three positive accounted for7.5%.Conclusions This result were breast cancer of Tibetan women occurrence ordevelopment because of the HER-2, ER, PR over expression. The results of this studythat both Tibetan and Han nationality women with breast cancer expression HER-2relevant with TNM stages and lymph node metastases, and no relevant with menstrualstatus and tumor size. The results of this study that both Tibetan and Han nationalitywomen with breast cancer between HER-2and ER, PR expression were negativelycorrelated, and Tibetan and Han women with breast cancer HER-2, ER, PRexpression was not significantly different. This study of Tibetan and Han women withbreast cancer expression HER-2(+++) no significant difference.
