0bjective:Through detect the concentrations of IL-6in maternal serum in patients withpremature rupture of membranes, to approach the relationship between IL-6andintrauterine infection,to assess the potential role of IL-6in predicting chorioamnionitispatients with Intrauterine infection.Methods:60examples single term PROM (without complicationofpregnancy andcomplication)were chosen as the study group, who were regular prenatal cares andhospital delivery from August2010to April2012in Fujian ProvincialHospital, grouping of TPROM and PPROM; meanwhile contemporaneous30exampleswere chosen as the control group, who were term birth but not PROMs.We would pumptwo groups’elbow vein blood before cesarean sccfion and measure concentrations ofserum IL-6by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and C-Reactive protein(CRP) and WBC, cervical secretion culture and postpartum embryolemma culture, placental pathological examinations were detected simultaneously.Results:1.The lever of IL-6in maternal serum、CRP、WBC in PROM was significantlhigher than those in the control groupl,P<0.05.2. The lever of IL-6、CRP、WBC inmaternal serum in PROM who had intrauterine infection were higher than those not hadintrauterine infection, P<0.05. The lever of IL-6in maternal serum in PPROM who hadintrauterine infection were higher than those not had intrauterine infection, P<0.05; thelever of IL-6in maternal serum in TPROM who had intrauterine infection were higherthan those not had intrauterine infection, between them were negative diferencedifference(P>0.05). The lever ofCRP、 WBC in maternal serum in PPROM andTPROM who had intrauterine infection were all higher than those not had intrauterineinfection, P<0.05.3. the lever of IL-6、CRP in maternal serum in>24hours group was higher than<24hours group,P<0.05;The infection rate of them had increase in a PROMtime-dependent manner.Conclusion:1. IL-6in patients with premature rupture of membranes is concerned withintrauterine infection. It is valuable clinical index for identifying the intrauterineinfection in patients with PROM.2.The levels of IL-6in maternal serum had increase ina PROMs time-dependent manner, and the infection rate had increase as time as PROM. |
