Micro/Nano technologies promote the development of medical instruments towardminiaturization and automation, speeding the appearance of point-of-care testing(POCT). POCT is simple, fast, timely and reliable, providing effective assistant fordisease diagnosis. POCT have also been applied in first aid, individual test, communityhealth and other fields other than clinical diagnosis, and it is becoming an importantdeveloping direction of medical test.First,the micro piezoelectric biochemical analysis system is adopted to detecturine microproteins, the diagnosis indicators of kidney diseases and diabetes, and toestablish the elevant fast analysis methods using gold nanoparticle-based and prussianblue-based signal amplification, respectively. On the one hand, piezoelectricimmunoassay based on gold nanoparticle-enhanced has been developed for detection ofIgG, albuminuria (Alb), α1-microglobulin (α1-MG) and β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) inhuman urine. The detection range(μg/ml) of the four proteins are0-120,2-50,0.5-40and0.09-5, respectively. The limits of detections(μg/ml) for the four proteins are0.84,1.54,0.98and0.085, respectively. The testing time is25min. On the other hand, a newprussian blue-enhanced piezoelectric immunoassay has been developed for detection ofIgG in human urine. The detection range and limit of detection for IgG are0-100μg/mland0.38μg/ml, respectively. The testing time is25min. These two methods, incomparison with immunoturbidimetry, are applied in clinical specimens. T test showsthat there are no significant differences, and both of them can meet the requirements ofmedical testing.Then, the micro spectral biochemical analysis system is adopted to detect first aidbiochemical indicators, and to realize simultaneously and fast detection of Na+, K+, Cl-,CO2,CRE, Glu and Hb in human blood using miniature spectral test. The wavelengths(nm) are620,620,480,405,600,505and540, respectively. The detection ranges(mmol/L) are0-200、0-8.0、0-120、0-75、0-1.15、0-20、0-3.0, respectively. The testingtime is10min. The testing results of Na+, Glu and Hb of clinical specimens arecompared with Olympus AU2700. T test shows that there are no significant differences,and both of them can meet the requirements of medical testing.It is developed that the fast detection of diagnosis indicators of kidney diseases,diabetes and first aid have been realized by mico piezoelectric and spectral biochemical analysis system. Clinical applications show the feasibility of miniaturization-based newPOCT techniques, which have great practical values for first aid, individual test,community health and so on.
