| [objective] To explore Concerned risk factors and characteristics of ruptured intracranial aneurysms in the young[methods] The research is retrospective case analysis.clinical datas of patients is collected with ruptured intracranial aneurysms of the youth(A group) and the emiddle-aged and old(B group), and the brain injury in the young(C group),hospitalized in Fujian Medical University hospital affiliated first hospital neurosurgery department from September2010to September2011. Through the case control study with A group and B group, the risk factors of ruptured intracranial aneurysms in the young is identified, Through the case control study with A group and B group, different characteristics of the risk factors is dissussed.[results]1. compared A group with B group, there are seven risk factors being studied, including diabetes, coronary heart disease, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, smoking, alcohol consumption and cardio-cerebrovascular disease family history. Smoking (RR=5.288,95%CI1.457to19.185) is the only the risk factor.2. Compared A group with C group, there are no risk factor being difference in the seven risk factors being studied, including diabetes, coronary heart disease, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, smoking, alcohol consumption and cardio-cerebrovascular disease family history. But but in objective indicators being incorporated into, there are six risk factors have obvious difference, including sex, TG, VLDL, electrocardiogram, cerebral arteriosclerosis, brain artery variation. TG (RR=11.296,95%ci2.299to55.499) is higher risk, and female(RR=0.182,95%ci0.064to 0.521), VLDL (RR=0.002,95%ci0.000to0.071) electrocardiogram abnormalities (RR=0.269,95%ci0.080to0.904), cerebral arterial sclerosis (RR=0.037,95%ci0.002to0.639) brain artery variation (RR=0.508,95%ci0.281to0.920) are lower risks in in A group.[conclusion]1.In the seven risks, inclouding diabetes, coronary heart disease, hypertension and hyperlipidemia, smoking, alcohol consumption, cardio-cerebrovascular disease risk factors of family history7, smoking is the only risk factors of ruptered intracranial aneurysms in the young, and giving up smoking may can reduce the incidence of youth aneurysm.2.The six risk factors, inclouding Gender, TG and VLDL (blood fat), electrocardiogram (coronary heart disease), cerebral arteriosclerosis, brain artery variation is obviously different between young people and middle-aged and elderly people for ruptured intracranial aneurysms. The risk of ruptured intracranial aneurysms is higher in the young. We should focus on the note and early intervene in the clinical work. Female, VLDL, electrocardiogram abnormalities, cerebral arteriosclerosis, brain artery variation have lower risk for ruptured intracranial aneurysm in the young. |
