Objective: To compare the neural loose with the neural transplantationcurative effect, determine the best surgical method.Methods:Our Hospital patients were randomly selected to conservativetreatment group, the nerve loose solutions group, nervous shift orinfusion group the10cases, after the follow-up compared its curativeeffect.Results:10cases of the conservative group and neural loose solutionsgroup, shoulder and elbow functions are stagnation in Ⅱ~Ⅲ Malletlevel, nervous shift or transplantation group began shoulder functionfully1case, of the Ⅳ Mallet level7cases.Conclusion: Conservative treatment group and neural loose solutions groupthere were no obvious difference.Nervous shift or transplantation groupis obviously superior to neural loose solutions and conservativetreatment.
