Objective to observe the effects of alprostadil to inflammatory markers level of thePatients with Unstable Angina Pectoris.Method Sixty in-hospital (2011.01-2012.01) patients of Unstable Angina Pectoris(UAP) were enrolled, all of whom meet the UAP and Non-ST-Elevation MyocardialInfarction (NSTEMI) treatment guidelines of American College Of Cardiology (ACC)and American Heart Association(AHA) and were diagnosed with those diseasesthrough selective coronary angiography(at least one epicardial coronary artery or itsmain branch’s diameter stenosis is more than50%). The patients were divided intoconventional group and treatment group according to the odd and even date numbersthey entered the hospital, each including30cases. There are23male cases and7female ones in the former group, and24and6separately in the latter. The averageage of patients in each group is64.42±5.30and62.05±5.45. The conventional groupwas treated by coronary artery dilation, anticoagulation, lipid regulation, anti-plateletaggregation and heart oxygen consumption reduction. Patients in the treatment groupwere added with physiological saline (100ml) with alprostadil (20μg) injection byintravenous drip on the basis of routine treatment, once a day and for14days, as aperiod of treatment. At the same time,30healthy subjects in the outpatient servicewere selected as a normal group, including22male cases and8female cases, theaverage age of whom is62.36±5.29. Patients in conventional group and treatmentgroup were extracted fasting cubits venous blood both before and after the treatment, while those in the normal group need only once. The outcome measure is: Interleuk-6(IL-6), Tumor Necrosis Factor-a (TNF-ɑ), and Interleukin-10(IL-10). Record thedata mentioned above and manages statistic analysis with SPSS17.0To P <0.05as asignificant difference. Results1.Significantly, compared with normal group, both the IL-10value and TNF-ɑand IL-6value of patients in the conventional group and treatment group were increased. Thus the difference is significant (P<0.05).2. Before the treatment, compared with each other, there is no significant difference(P>0.05) of IL-6,TNF-ɑ,IL-10between the conventional group and the treatmentgroup. After the treatment, IL-10of UAP patients in both groups increased, IL-6andTNF-ɑdropped, which demonstrates a significant difference (P<0.05). After thetreatment, IL-6and TNF-ɑof patients in the treatment group were more significantlydecreased, demonstrating an obvious difference (P<0.05). While the IL-10wassignificantly increased, forming an identifiable difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The Serum IL-6, TNF-ɑ, IL-10level of UAP patients is higher thanthat of the healthy individuals. Alprostadil can reduce the IL-6and TNF-ɑ level andincrease the IL-10level significantly.
