Objective:To detect the frequency of Th lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of IgA nephropathy patients and observe the ratio of helper T lymphocyte1,2(Thl, Th2).To explore the correlation with clinical.Methods:40IgA nephropathy patients and20normal controls were enrolled in this study. The frequency of Thl and Th2in the peripheral blood of IgAN and healthy control was examined by intracellular cytokine detection method with flow cytometry. We detected the percentage of Thl and Th2in peripheral blood of IgA nephrology and analyzed the association with clinical presentation.Results:1.The percentage of Th2was (1.77±0.90)%in IgAN patients, Which was significantly higher than in the controls (1.18±0.15)%(P=0.000); The ratio of Thl/Th2was significantly lower than in the controls.[(2.75±1.73) vs (4.35±1.95)(P=0.004)].2.The ratio of Thl/Th2was positively correlated with Gross hematuria(r=0.368,P=0.021).negatively correlated with urinary protein (r=-0.38,P=0.017).Conclusion:1.The immune response in peripheral blood from patients with IgA nephropathy is proved toward Th2which may play an important role in the pathogenesis of IgA nephrology.2.The percentage of Thl/Th2is positively correlated with Gross hematuria and negatively with24-hour urinary protein.
