ObjectiveThe study was desinede to study the protective effect and possible mechanism of the retardant of the NF-κB to the myocardium.MethodsTo use the islated heart flood model to study the protective effect and possible mechanism of the retardant of the NF-κB to the myocardium. select20purebred New Zealand white rabbits which was divided into two groups.there are10rabbits each group.the specific grouping is that:contro group(group A)and experimental group(group B).the islated heart of the rabbits in contro group was flood by common cold crystal cardioplegia.the islated heart of the rabbits in the experimental group was flood by common cold crystal cardioplegia with the pyrrolidine dithiocabamate sodium two.All the islated heart were pass the90minutes’low temperature ischemia and cardioplegia flood.to observe the myocardium of the two groups and to compare the diffence between the two group.the observe price contain the heart fuction(includ heart rate and left ventricular systolic pressure)、myocardium enzyme(includ creatine kinass-MB、lactate dehydrogenase and cardiac tropoin Ⅰ),at last we will observe the myocardium ultramicro stucture change below the light microscope and the electron microscope.Result1. there is no obvious difference of the heart rate and left ventricular systolic pressur between the two group.2. the myocardium enzyme level of the observe group is inferior to the contro group obviously behind the ischema and pour into.the difference is statistics significance(p<0.05).3. the recover of the heart function of the experiment group is superior to the control group and each point-in-time behind the ischema and pour into all the recover of the heart functio are superior to the control group.the difference is statistics significance(p<0.05).4. the myocardium ultramicro stucture change below the light microscope and the electron microscope of the experiment group is superior to the control group.ConclusionThe protective effect and possible mechanism of the retardant of the NF-κB to the myocardium is superior to the control group.
