Objective Analyze the clinical and laboratory characteristics of lung cancer with hypercoagulability.Hope to find new basis for preventing and curing hypercoagulability.Method Selected121cases of General Hospital of Beijing Military Region patients with lung cancer from March2011to November. Detect hypercoagulabe indicators and collect the stage, histological type, ECOG score, comorbidities, central venous catheter and treatment. Make a correlation analysis, to summarize the clinical and laboratory characteristics of lung cancer patients with hypercoagulable state. Results Among121cases,106cases (about87.6%) hypercoagulabe indicators are abnormal,7cases (about6%) Venous thromboembolism happened.1. Among7cases, there were significant difference between pre-thrombosis and thrombosis group in platelet and D-dimer (P<0.05)2. There were significant difference between non-thrombosis and thrombosis group in D-dimer (P<0.05)3.For NSCLC,the mean D-dimer and the mean FIB were significant difference between Ⅲ、Ⅳ stage and Ⅰ-Ⅱ stage (P<0.05)4.The mean D-dimer were significant difference between adenocarcinoma and other pathological category (P<0.05)5.For SCLC,the mean D-dimer were significant difference between extensive stage and limited stage (P<0.05)6.The mean D-dimer and the mean FIB were significant difference between2<ECOG<5score group and ECOG≤2score group (P<0.05)7.The the mean D-dimer were significant difference between merger disease group and single lung cancer group (P<0.05)8.There were insignificant difference between the group of CVCS ang the group of no CVCS (P>0.05)Conclusions Malignant tumor with elevated platelet and D-dimer are prone to complicate thromboembolism event.Advanced cancer patients and pathologic types for adenocarcinoma with disease and merger disease of lung cancer are prone to complicate hypercoagulability. It should be detected early and interfered in to improve life and worthy to further study.
