Objective:To explore the risk factors of early arrhythmia of postoperative Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG), in order to guide the clinical practice. Methods:The research data is clinical material of316patients who had been performed CABG operation in the cardiovascular surgery department of Shanxi Cardiovascular Hospital from January2008to December2010.316patients undergone CABG were given electrocardiogram monitoring and record them. To analyze if there has correlation between arrhythmia with age, sex, weight, cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) and bypass time, the number of bridge and vessels diseased, postoperative serum potassium concentration, heart functional class, ejection fraction (EF), hypertension, diabetes. According to whether happened arrhythmia or not divided into two groups. Each group of the incidence of arrhythmia was compared with x2Text; P<0.05was considered statistically significant. Results:There were89hours has different types of arrhythmia in316cases of patients after CABG surgery in72hours, The types of arrhythmias include fibrillation, ventricular premature, supra ventricular tachycardia, atrial premature beats, ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation, etc. Two patients with ventricular fibrillation were dead, the others are converting from the hospital. Conclusion:Elderly (>60years), CPB and bypass time, EF (<30%), poor heart function, postoperative hypokalemia were the risk factors of arrhythmia post-CABG. These factors have important clinical significance, we should pay attention to the prevention and control then timely.
