| [Background]: Coronary artery bypass grafting(Coronary artery bypass grafting,CABG)is a major method for the treatment of Coronary heart disease,CABG surgery methods according to whether or not to use the auxiliary of a heart-lung machine are divided into two kinds: Off-pump Coronary artery bypass grafting(OPCAB)and on-pump Coronary artery bypass grafting(ONCABG).At present, there is still a controversy over the choice of two surgical methods.[Objective]: To investigate the short-term clinical effects of OPCAB and ONCABG.[Methods]: A retrospective analysis between September 2018 and April 2020 at the tenth people’s hospital,Shanghai cardiac surgery for coronary artery bypass graft surgery clinical data of 145 patients, according to the operation method is divided into two groups: OPCAB and ONCABG group, postoperative hospital stay, statistics of bridge vascular average flow rate, flow rate and the incidence of postoperative arrhythmia after 24 h,troponin T levels after operation, the BNP level,CREA level, were analyzed.[Results]: Postoperative hospital stay: OPCAB group was lower than ONCABG group, the difference was statistically significant(10.3±3.5d vs 11.4±3.3d,P<0.05);Mean bridge vascular flow: There was no statistical difference between OPCAB group and ONCABG group(40.6±26.4 ml/min vs 46.7±22.8 ml/min,P>0.05);Pericardial + mediastinal drainage 24 hours after surgery: OPCAB group was lower than ONCABG group, the difference was statistically significant(411.2±258.5ml vs699.6± 460.4m L P<0.05);Incidence of postoperative arrhythmia: OPCAB group was lower than ONCABG group, the difference was statistically significant(14.3% vs29.2%,P<0.05);Troponin status after surgery: The OPCAB group was lower than the ONCABG group 1-6 days after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05);Postoperative BNP changes: The OPCAB group was lower than the ONCABG group 1-7 days after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05);Changes of CREA after surgery: There was no statistical difference between OPCABG group and ONCABG group 1-2 days after surgery.3-6days after surgery,OPCABG group was lower than ONCABG group, and the difference was statistically significant;7 days after surgery, there was no statistical difference between the two groups.[Conclusion]: OPCAB group was superior to ONCABG group in postoperative hospitalization days, postoperative drainage volume 24 h,postoperative arrhythmia incidence, myocardial injury level, cardiac function recovery and renal perfusion level, and there was no significant difference in the mean bridge vascular flow between the two groups. |
