| Object：This project focus on the relationship between texture of pituitary adenomas and tumortype,MRI signal,blood supply and stroke,in order to supply the theory that we can accurateassessment of tumor texture and select the appropriate surgical approac before surgical treatment.Methods：1. To pathology diagnosis for 104 cases of the pituitary adenoma clinical casesretrospectively analyzed research.2. To the quality of a material of pituitary adenoma with adenoma of stroke, tumortype, whether for situation, imaging and enhance signal discretion on the chi-square test (to takea statistically significant (P < 0.05), and multivariable Logistic regression analysis, analysis ofpituitary adenoma with quality of a material type, MRI signal, blood supply and the stroke.Result: 1. T2WI signal and pituitary tumor quality of a material distribution probability havestatistically significant (P < 0.05), Logistic regression analysis of the performance for the T2WIhigh signal of the pituitary adenoma soft, performance for T2WI low signal pituitary adenoma ofquality of a material toughness; T1WI signal and MIR enhance signal and tumor quality of amaterial is no correlation。2. The performance for the functional pituitary adenoma in 72 cases, a soft, 46 cases oftumor. The function adenoma 32 cases, qualitative hard 15 cases of tumor, and the tumor typeand quality of a material distribution probability have difference and have statistically significant(P < 0.05), Logistic regression analysis of the performance for the functional pituitary adenomaquality of a material soft, the function in quality of the toughness.3. A pituitary adenoma quality of a material distribution probability and tumor havedifference whether stroke, a statistically significant (P < 0.05), the blood supply and its quality ofa material distribution probability relations not significant (P > 0.05), Logistic regressionanalysis with stroke of pituitary adenoma relatively soft texture, and not with the stroke pituitaryadenoma quality of a material is relatively toughness.Conclusion：Texture of pituitary adenomas is judged by the type of pituitary tumor, T2WI signaland stroke before surgical treatment is important to choose surgery. |
