Objective To observe whether intravenous injection parecoxib sodium preoperatively had effectof postoperative analgesia and coagulation function on total hip arthroplasty, and verify whetherparecoxib sodium has the preemptive analgesia effect and the relationship between effect anddosage. Methods Selecting ASAⅡorⅢ patients60cases who will take total hip arthroplasty, wererandomly divided into A,B,C three groups,20examples in each group. All groups were admini-stered intravenously15min preoperative, Group A given parecoxib sodium20mg; Group B givenparecoxib sodium40mg;Group C given physiological saline2ml as control. Comparedwith postoperative(2h,4h,6h)in three groups of patients with pain intensity by using the visualanalogue scale(VAS).Recording the PCIA pressing times postoperative6h and12h,and the totalamount of sufentanil and the patients adverse effects in24h; Compared prothrombintime(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),plasma fibrinogen(FIB) and bloodplatelet(PLT) in three groups before administration,30min after administration as well as2h.Rusults○1The patient’s general information was no statistically significant difference betweenthree groups. The VAS between group B and C comparisons were significantly differ-rent (P<0.05)at2h after operation; Group A and B, group B and C comparisons were signifi-cantlydifferent (P <0.05)at4h and6h after operation.○2No statistical difference was found betweengroup A and B in the PCIA pressing times; All the three groups had statisticallysignificant(p<0.05)in the usage of sufentanil in24h.○3Three groups of patients PT, APTT, FIB,PLT comparison were no statistical difference (P>0.05).Conclusion Injecting parecoxib sodium preoperatively does not affect the total hip arthropl-asty patients coagulation and parecoxib pretreatment has preemptive analgesia, the analgesiceffect is better when using the40mg dose.
