Background:To compare the clinical efficacy of preemptive analgesia and different administration time in knee joint replacement analgesia. Methods:Randomly selected from January 2015 to December 2015 in the single county center hospital unilateral TKA patients in 90 cases. Were randomly divided into three groups:group A before oral administration of celecoxib,1/12 h,200 mg / time, intraoperative joint injection of local cocktail, postoperative intravenous analgesia pump(PCIA)3d,6h Oral celecoxib 200 mg,followed by 1/12 h,200 mg / time for 7 days.Group B was treated with oral administration of venous-controlled analgesia pump(PCIA)for 3 days and 6 hours after oral administration of celecoxib 200 mg,followed by 1 time / 12 h,200 mg / time for 7 days.(PCIA)3d at 3 days after oral administration of celecoxib 200 mg,followed by 1/12 h,200 mg / time for 7 days. The patients were treated with intravenous controlled analgesia(PCIA)The visual analogue score(VAS)was recorded at 6h,12 h,1d,2d and 3d of the patients. The VAS score was recorded at 1d,2d,3d,5d and 7d after operation. The degree of knee joint activity, the addition of pethidine hydrochloride and the time of adverse reaction related to analgesia were observed at 1d,2d,3d,5d and 7d after operation.SPSS 17.0 line statistical analysis, measurement data with t test, count data with X2 test,P <0.05 was statistically significant. Results:The number of VAS in group B and group C was significantly higher than that in group A at 6h,12 h,1d,2d and 3d after operation(P <0.05),and group B was larger than group A(P <0.05),and there was significant difference between group B and group C(P<0.05),and the difference between group B and group B was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05),and the patients were significantly lowerthan those in group A at 1 day,2 days,3 days,5 days and 7 days after operation(P <0.05),and there was no significant difference between the three groups(P> 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05)The number of times of group.A was significantly lower than that of group B and group C,P <0.05,which was statistically significant. Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of preemptive analgesia and different administration time in knee joint replacement analgesia was compared. It was found that preoperative oral administration of celecoxib was associated with a good analgesic effect and had a significant advantage in the recovery of early knee function, and it was found that the pain of different administration time was different.
