Analysis Of Gastric Stromal Tumor With Laparoscopy And Open Operation Clinical Biagnosis Of36Cases

Objective: To probe the efficacy, safety and feasibility of GIST, through comparedadvantages and disadvantages of laparoscopic minimally invasive and open operation,working for future reference.Methods: Through collecting from January2010to February2012, total of36patientswho underwent gastric stromal tumor cases, according to the different methods of operation,divided into two groups, laparoscopic minimally invasive group and open operation group.Researching from preoperative general date, operation time, the length of the incision,postoperative blood loss, postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function of time,complications, the length of hospital stay, the total charge of be in hospital, follow-upmaterial, including recurrence and metastasis, mortality in many aspects.Results: In the meantime, there were15cases in laparoscopic group and21in openoperation group.(n=21) There is significance of statistical difference between two groups.(P﹤0.05) To compare with the length, the function recovery time and stay in hospital afteroperation in laparoscopic group was less than those of the open operation.(7.8±2.3vs16.9±3.8,3.8±1.3dvs5.1±2.1d,7.6±2.5dvs11.3±3.7d,28239±5521yuan vs23761±5362yuan) However, the operation time, postoperative blood loss, complications,recurrence and metastasis, the surgery motality had no significant difference(147.8±59.3minvs139.2±62.1min,149.8±98.9ml vs154.2±99.3min,0%vs0%,0%vs0%,0%vs0%, P﹥0.05)Conclusion:1. Abdominal carcinoma is the commonest reason leading to the elderlymechanical obstruction. This is followed by adhesive and stone elus.2. Immediatelyperformance in elderly intestinal obstruction effect the treatment outcome.3. Thecoexisting diseases are an important affecting factor for treatment outcome.4. The age isnot the main factor of surgical operation or not.5. The surgery should be chosen as themain treatment in the patients with the elderly intestinal obstruction reduced by neoplasm.the elderly patients with adhesive elus can be cured by non-surgery treatment.
