Neurofilament heavy is one of the intermediate filament cytoskeleton andit has a complex and special component. Not only support the role of cells, determine cell shape,is also involved in a number of intracellular extracellarmovement.Such as the transport of material, energy conversion, celldifferentiation, cell transmembrance signal transduction and a series ofimportant biological process. After the imbalance of NF-H phosphorylationand dephophorylation can cause a variety of the nervous system. Monitoring ofNF-H change can suggest neurnonal axonal damage and extent of repair and itis impotent significance estimation of prognosis and evaluation of therapeuticeffect. Most previous studies have focused on finding an early biomarker ordiagnosis of stroke. However, there is few reports on a biomarker for simplemeasurements of tissue amage after stroke and efficacy of the treatment. The purpose of this study through dynamic monitoring with cerebralinfarction patients and healthy group in peripheral blood pNF-H concentrationand assess neural function damage. All of forty cerebral infarction patientsfollow-up6months(3of them are not contacted),with application of modifiedBarthel index(MBI) at6monthins patients with cerebral infarction to monitorneural function defect and recovery.Discussion on pNF-H in cerebralinfarction brain injury severity and the therapeutic effect of correlation, andstudy the pNF-H and correlation as well as for the evaluation of acute cerebralinfarction of injury severity and treatment further understanding.Experimental method:It is a case-control study with40cases of patients with acute cerebralinfarction and20cases of healthy subjects. IN1days,1weeks,3weeks after the onset of cerebral infarction group, draw peripheral blood4ml. Applicationof enzyme linked immunosorbent assay were measured in peripheral serumpNF-H concentration and All of40cerebral infarction patients according to theNIHSS scores into minor、moderate and severe groups. All the patientsfollow-up6months(3of them are not contacted), with application modifiedBarthel index(MBI) at6monthins patients with cerebral infarction to monitorneural function defect and recovery. The experimental analysis of pNF-H withcerebral infarction in acute phase of cerebral tissue injury severity andestimation of prognosis and evaluation of the therapentic effects of correlation.Experimental results:1.It has significant difference because cerebral infarction group pNF-Hconcentration was significantly higher than that of the heathy group, and thepeak arrives at3weeks;(P<0.05)。2.There was significant difference between Serum pNF-H group of minorinjury and moderate injury、severe injury.(P<0.05)。3.There was significant negative corecation between Serum pNF-H at3weeks and the MBI Scores after stroke.(R=-0.58,P<0.05)。Experimental conclusion:1.It has significant difference because cerebral infarction group pNF-Hconcentration was significantly higher than that of the heathy group, and thepeak arrives at3weeks;.2.There was a positive correcation between Serum pNF-H and the injuryseverity after stroke.3.Serum pNF-H at3weeks after cerebral infarction maybe onemeasurements of treatment further understanding, but not special.
