Case Report And Literature Review Of23Cases Primary Lung Cancer With Gastrointestinal Metastasis

Currently, the incidence and mortality of lung cancer are raising,LC becomes the most common malignant tumor in the world, and the proportion of adenocarcinoma is increasing year by year. Now the incidence of adenocarcinoma become the most commom pathological type. The majority of patients surffer from the disease with anther organ metastasesis when being diagnosised lung cancer,the sites are brain, liver, adrenal gland and bone. Gastrointestinal metastasis from primary lung carcinoma as the first sign is infrequent,and the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis happen frequently. The most majority of cases usually occurs in end-stage disease with severe gastrointestinal symptoms or autopsy,and the gastrointestinal symptoms as the first manifestation of primary lung cancer is so rare in clinic. these patients may manifest as acute intestinal perforation, peritonitis, bowel obstruction, chronic occult bleeding. In disease diagnosis and treatment process, if patients have the acutegastrointestinal symptoms is still not confirmed excluding gastrointestinal tract disease. we shoud be highly suspect that it is the primary lung cancer with gastrointestinal metastasis.This result usually indicates that the patient has entered the end-stage disease with a poor prognosis and short survival.Early diagnosis and treatment is vital for improving survival.
