Objectives:To investigate the relationship of gender, age, serum calcium, blood glucose with SAP complications and CRP with pancreatic necrosis. Methods:Make a retrospective analysis of clinical data of87SAP patients that hospitalized in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University between2010-2011.Results:The main causes of SAP are biliary factors(41cases,47.12%),alcohol and binge overeating(32cases,36.78%).36cases occurred complications, accounting for41.38%. After treatment,69cases improved(79.31%),2cases died(2.56%), the cause of death was both multiple organ failure,12cases discharged automatically,4cases transfer hospital. The rate of complications in male and female are respectively42%and40.54%, the relative risk (RR) is1.04. The rate of complications in aged patients ((?)55years old) and non-aged patients are respectively44.44%and39.21%, RR=1.13.29cases showed pancreatic necrosis in enhanced CT, CPR in the first72hours in hospital was265.25±138.13mg/L,58cases didn’t show pancreatic necrosis, CPR in the first72hours in hospital was187.45±103.24mg/L, compared two groups, P<0.05. The level of serum calcium in87patients was7.71±1.51mg/dl,36cases with complications had a level of serum calcium7.20±1.71mg/dl,51cases without complications had a level of serum calcium8.35±0.89mg/dl, compared two groups, P<0.01. The level of blood glucose in87patients was191.03±82.42mg/dl,11of them had a history of diabetes mellitus, accounting for12.64%,36cases with complications had a blood glucose224.22±95.08mg/dl,51cases without complications had a blood glucose160.33±45.48mg/dl, compared two groups, P<0.01.Conclusions:The causes of SAP are biliary factors, alcohol and binge overeating; gender, age display no significant relationship with SAP complications;serum calcium, blood glucose are indexes for SAP complications, CRP is sensitive for pancreatic necrosis; diabetes may be a risk factor for SAP;SAP complications are still difficulties in treatment, prevention of complications is the key to improve the cure rate of SAP.
