Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of SIgA、αl-AR in benign prostatic hyperplasia combined with chronic prostatitis (CP), and investigate benign prostatic hyperplasia and chronic prostatitis relationship. It maybe provide the experimental and theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic prostatitis combined with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods:A total of62cases of BPH pathologically confirmed after transurethal plasmakinetic resection of prostate(PKRP). According to conventional preoperative prostatic(EPS)、transrectal ultrasound examination of the prostate、PSA、international prostate symptom score (IPSS) and whether the clinical sympoms of chronic pelvic painwere assigned to a BPH geoup (n=32) and a BPH+CP (n=30) according to whether they were complicated by CP.use immunohistochchemistry and PT-PCR test expression and signification of SIgA、α1-AR in the prostate tissue。Results:1. All of the cases have32cases are BPH+CP and32cases are BPH, according to statistical analysis of the generral information and rusults of experiment, All of the BPH+CP Volume of prostate is bigger than BPH, and there are large number of inflammatory cells, lymphocyte infiltration, there is also a large number of interstitial cells and inflammatory cell infiltration.2. SIgA were expressed in the gland. CP in BPH and prostate tissues was significantly higher than in patients with BPH, α1-AR were expressed in the gland. However, in the middle of BPH and prostate tissue mass within the CP, the gland was significantly higher than in patients with BPH.3..SIgA,and al-AR in benign prostatic hyperplasia and chronic prostatitis group was significantly greater than the simple prostatic hyperplasia. Description SIgA, al-AR in chronic prostatitis upregulated in BPH patients, suggesting that chronic prostatitis and benign prostatic hyperplasia may have some inherent, prostate inflammation may be a causative factor in benign prostatic hyperplasia, BPH of their participation in the pathological process of development. P<0.05, statistically significant.Conclusion:1.According to this study, we believe that between chronic prostatitis and benign prostatic hyperplasia may have some relationship, leading to pathological changes in the prostate may have the following relationship:①chronic prostatitis, inflammatory cell infiltration or lymphocytes and cytokine release induced fibrosis, and activation of fibroblasts, leading to fibrosis, with age, fibrosis continue to release cytokines, in combination with other factors, eventually leading to benign prostatic hyperplasia;②prostate fibrosis, but also further promote prostate congestion, increased chronic prostatitis development, leading to a series of clinical symptoms.2. SIgA and al-AR in chronic prostatitis prostatic hyperplasia plays an important role in the pathological changes of chronic prostatitis, the body’s own immune response may occur, may activate both humoral and cellular immunity. Immune T cells in the group to stimulate the body to produce IL-4, IL-8,, TGF-β1and other factors, so that the prostate fibroblast proliferation. And humoral immunity mainly by B cells participate in and stimulate the body to produce immunoglobulins SIgA, IgG, IgM, so that SIgA increased within prostate tissue, in order to enhance their immunity. Chronic prostatitis, inflammation of the prostate due to congestion leading to enlarged prostate, prostate tissue al-AR density increases, leading to frequent urination and a series of clinical symptoms. So we think that the prostate tissue by detecting the SIgA, al-AR, can be drawn inflammation and chronic prostatitis may be benign prostatic hyperplasia a risk factor, their participation in the process of pathological development of BPH, and promote the development of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
