The Changes And Significance Of Mif In Type2Diabetes Mellitus With Coronary Heart Disease Patients

ObjectiveTo investigate the changes and significance of serum MIF、MMP-9、TNF-α、hs-CRPlevel in type2diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease patients.MethodsT2DM with CHD group92patients who had undergong coronary angiography weredivided into one-diseased vessel,two-diseased vessel,and multi-diseased vessel groupaccording to the extent of coronary lesion，and divided into mild, moderate, severe groupaccording to the Gensini score.Meanwhile,40cases of T2DM without CHD group and40healthy subjects were taken as a control group.The plasma MIF、MMP-9、TNF-α、hs-CRPconcentration was measured by ELISA.ResultsThe levels of MIF、MMP-9、TNF-α、hs-CRP were significantly higher in T2DMwith CHD group than in T2DM without CHD group,and in T2DM without CHD groupthan in control group. The plasma MIF、MMP-9、TNF-α、hs-CRP concentration wasincreased gradually with the increase of extent of coronary lesion and the Gensini score.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the MMP-9、TNF-α and hs-CRP were correlatedpositively with MIF in patients with type2diabetes mellitus （r=0.763、0.614、0.414， P＜0.01）；The TNF-α、hs-CRP were correlated positively with MMP-9in patients with type2diabetes mellitus （r=0.445、0.307，P＜0.01）；The levels of TNF-α were correlatedpositively with hs-CRP in patients with T2DM（r=0.475，P＜0.01）。 ConclusionsThe data showed that the levels of MIF、MMP-9、TNF-α、hs-CRP were raisedsignificantly in T2DM, and significantly higher in T2DM with CHD group than in T2DMwithout CHD group. The levels of MIF、MMP-9、TNF-α、hs-CRP were increasedgradually with the increase of extent of coronary lesion and the Gensini score.TheMMP-9、TNF-α and hs-CRP were correlated positively with MIF in patients with T2DM，The TNF-α and hs-CRP were correlated positively with MMP-9in patients with T2DM，The levels of TNF-α were correlated positively with hs-CRP in patients with T2DM.Thehigh levels of serum MIF、MMP-9、TNF-α、hs-CRP may played important role in thedevelopment of coronary heart disease in type2diabetes patients.Monitoring those levelsmight be helpful in assessment of outcome predication.
