Based.on the literature review on the studies on chemical constituents, quality standard of total alkaloids, extraction and purification process of content, The purpose is to establish a quality standard of, Stemonasessilifolia (Miq.) Miq, and the preliminary study of medicinal, In order to effectively control the quality of medicinal materials, further understanding of its main pharmacodynamic material basis.In chemical constituent studies, two compounds were isolated from Stemonasessilifolia (Miq.) Miq. by determining physical constantsã€showing the color of the chemical reaction and using TLCã€MSã€1H-NMRã€13C-NMR to analysis, oxotuberostemonine and bisdehydrotuberostemonine were identified. They were the highest concentration in Stemonasessilifolia (Miq.) Miq, which can be used as reference constituents in quality control of Stemonasessilifolia (Miq.) Miq and its preparation. The more systematic study of chemical constituents of Stemonasessilifolia (Miq.) Miq is necessary in future.In herbal medicine quality standard study, the study established the criteria of quality control of Stemonasessilifolia (Miq.) Miq, for it was not consummated in the former criterion which had only morphological and histological identification.The quality standard was incomplete which no TLC and content determination presented..TLC qualitative testingã€determination of total alkaloids by ultra-voilet spectrophotometry and quantitative analysis by RP-HPLC were conducted to3samples from different habitats, using oxotuberostemonine and bisdehydrotuberostemonine as reference substance.
