ObjectiveObservation of clinical curative effect by invigorating the kidney and spleen, and by purgation on CRF non dialysis, enrich and develop the unique advantages on traditional Chinese medicine in chronic renal failure improved symptoms, and delaying the prognosisMethodsAccording to the criteria for inclusion, and exclusion criteria, select50chronic renal failure patients non dialysis. We used the simple and random method to divide them into two groups:control group and treatment group. Control group included20patients, treatment group included30patients. The control group received routine treatment of Western Medicine. The treatment group was treated with invigorating the kidney and spleen, and purgation traditional Chinese medicine (Astragalus Decoction addition and subtraction), based on the routine western medicine. The2groups were observed for4weeks. To compare the BUN、CREA、GFR、Cys-C and clinical symptom integration of the two groups before and after treatment. Using SPSS17.0software to carry on statistical analysis to the result, before and after the comparison and analysis between experiment group and control group, analyze the biochemical changes, the clinical significance and improvement of clinical symptoms of the research objectResults(1) In two groups after the treatment, clinical symptom integration before treatment were significantly reduced, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); the treatment of symptoms in the treatment group integral amplitude reduction than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01) (2) Comparison of the clinical efficacy of the two groups, the effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)(3) The treatment group after treatment, BUN, CREA, Cys-C compared with before treatment, decreased significantly, GFR increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); The control group after treatment compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) too; After the treatment in the two groups above index contrast, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(4) Before treatment, there was a significant negative correlation between Cys C and GFR in two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01).(5) The two groups before and after treatment safety comparison of ALT and AST had no significant difference (P>0.05).ConclusionInvigorating the kidney and spleen, and purgation can improve clinical symptoms, reduce the blood urea nitrogen and creatinine, elevated glomerular filtration rate, Improve renal function and quality of life, and delay chronic renal failure progression effectivly of patients.
