| ObjectivesThis clinical trial intends to discuss the clinical efficacy of the application of Acupuncture in PCOS treatment by comparing the Abdominal Acupuncture Method, the Moxibustion Added to Abdominal Acupuncture Method and the Diane35Method and analyzing the corresponding indexes.MethodsChoose90patients of polycystic ovary syndrome and assign them to the Abdominal Acupuncture Group, the Moxibustion Added to Abdominal Acupuncture Group and the Control Group at the rate of1:1:1. The treatment course lasts for3month. Observe the comprehensive clinical effect, the TCM syndrome curative effect, and the efficacy of sex hormone levels before and after treatment.ResultThis clinical trial takes90cases, including30in the Moxibustion Added to Abdominal Acupuncture Group,30in the Abdominal Acupuncture Group and30in the Control Group. Before treatment, three groups have no statistical difference (P>0.05) in the baseline material comparison, menstrual such as patient’s age, conditions, and Chinese baseline disease courses, Medicine syndrome distributions which indicate the three groups are consistent and comparable.After treatment the comprehensive curative effect of the Abdominal Acupuncture Group, the Moxibustion Added to Abdominal Acupuncture Group and the Control Group are respectively86.20%,80.00%, and67.86%and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) by rank and sum test. Three groups have good curative effect for the treatment of PCOS, and the effect of the Abdominal Acupuncture Group, the Moxibustion Added to Abdominal Acupuncture Group are much superior to that of the Control Group. For the clinic sign, Three groups have good curative effect, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Three groups have improved the period, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Three groups’FSH and E2levels rise after treatment, while the LH, T and PRL levels decrease, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)。ConclusionThe Abdominal Acupuncture Group, the Moxibustion Added to Abdominal Acupuncture Group have good curative effect in treatment with the PCOS. They are safe effective and worthy of clinical recommendation. |
