Object iveTo investigate the relationship between different TCM syndromes of182cases with ulcerative colitis and factors such as sex, age, influencing factor, course, clinical types, degree, range, stage, colonoscopy mueosa expression and pathology performance. So as to conclude the Pattern of syndromes distribution, provide an objective basis For ulcerative colitis syndrome differentiation. And then summed up the colonoscopy mueosa expression and pathology performance of main TCM syndromes and summed up the evidence of this disease type distribution to provide guidance for the prevention and treatment of UC.MethodsTo summarize the clinical data as well as information on colonoscopy and pathology of182cases of UC patients. On the collation of data collected, we use the statistical software spssl8.0conduct Pearson correlation test (Pearsontest). Analysis the influence of sex, age, influencing factor, course, clinical types, degree, range, stage, colonoscopy mueosa expression and pathology performance on the Pattern of syndromes distribution. And then summed up the colonoscopy mueosa expression and pathology performance of main TCM syndromes.ResultsThe frequency of occurrence of different syndromes were found to be large spleen wet aggregates type>damp-heat type> qi and blood stasiss type>spleenkidney yang deficiency type>liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type. The results of this study showed that:there is no relationship between different TCM syndromes of UC and sex; different TCM syndromes of UC is related to the factors such as age, influencing factor, course, clinical types, degree, range, stage, colonoscopy mueosa expression and pathology performance. And then summed up the colonoscopy mueosa expression and pathology performance of main TCM syndromes.ConclusionIn this study, there Was a significant correlation between different TCM syndromes of ulcerative colitis and age, influencing factor, course, clinical types, degree, range, stage, colonoscopy mueosa expression and pathology performance. Observation of the above indicators as well as colonoscopy and pathology can be used as an extension of inspection applies to clinical, and provide strong indicators of the objective for the TCM. The result showed us that we should pay attention to parting, grading, staging, paragraphing and rule, the combined treatmentof overall and local lesion, pattern identification of TCM and micro differentia of TCM fits well as to follow the principle ofindividualized treatment.
