A Clinical Study Of The Time-effect Relationship Of Different Acupuncture Treatments On Simple Obesity

ObjectiveTo objectively assess time-effect relationship of different acupuncture treatments on the simply obesity, compares the acupuncture, catgut and the pressing with coxherb seeds three methods in treatment of simply obesity, systemic evaluation the time difference of achieving the same curative effect with different methods and the trend of loss weight.MethodsAccording to the standard select120cases, the implementation of the software SPSS18.0randomized, the clinic patients were randomly divided into acupuncture group, the ears group, catgut implantation3groups, with the proportion of a randomized controlled trial.2days of acupuncture treatment, a month for one period of treatment, the treatment of three months;2day the ears group therapy, two ears alternate, a month for a period of treatment, total treatment3months;10days catgut implantation,3months of treatment. Observed before and after treatment, patients weight for the presence, body mass index (BMI).and application of statistical methods of analysis, comparison of time-effect relationship of the three groups.Result1. The result shows that, after treatment, three groups are effective in reducing fat patient weight, body wight significant difference (P<0.05). catgut group, acupuncture group compared with auricular group, buried and the acupuncture group quad are better than the ears group, a significant difference (P<0.05). Quad buried and acupuncture group total curative effect have no significant difference (P>0.05).2.Through3courses of treatment, the ears group, acupuncture group and catgut significantly reduce weight (P<0.05), and3course effect is better than the2course (P<0.05),2course effect is better than1course of treatment (P<0.05).3. After the first course of treatment for obesity by earpoint> acupuncture and catgut, earpoint group the1st course10.5%has improved, the2nd course has57.8%, the3rd has76.3%; acupuncture group the1st course10.5%has improved, the2nd course has73.6%, the3rd has89.5%; catgut group the1st course20.5%has improved, the2nd course has74.2%, the3rd has92.3%.4. During the trial we found that bodyweight circurference is basieally at the trend. The Proeess can be divided into2phase, the first speed signifieantly faster than course2、3.5. The ears group, the acupuncture group, and catgut to similar curative effect (weight loss=3kg) the time needed are different,50%patients:the ears group45days; Acupuncture group39days, catgut group36days;95%patients:the ears group69days; Acupuncture group59days, catgut group59days.Conclusion1. Acupuncture、catgut and the ears are the effective methods of overweight and obesity treatment, buried and the acupuncture group quad are better than the ears group, buried and the acupuncture group total quad than curative effect, no sinificant difference.2. Acupuncture treatment efficacy was accumulated.3courses effect is better than the2course,2course effect is better than1course of treatment The more time for the better the results.3. The loss of weight is not a linear decline of the process, weight loss process can be divided into two stages, the speed of first course is faster than2、3course.4. The time of three groups which have similar effect are different, acupuncture group and catgute group working time are faster than the ears group, acupuncture group and cutgut are no significant differences.5. In the practical operation, catgut has more advantages than acupuncture, and the catgut is a simple operation, low cost treatment and short time, but have longer time effect, conforms to modern people fast pace of living, it is worth clinical promotion.
