Observation On Efficacy Maintenance Time Of Catgut Implantation At Acupoint And The Acupuncture Of Simple Obesity

Objective: The article is to observe the efficacy maintenance time of catgut implantation at acupoint on treating simple obesity and whether it has superiority compared with the acupuncture, thus providing time efficacy analysis basis for clinical treatment of patients with simple obesity. Method: Choose 76 cases with simple obesity patients, divided them into two groups randomly acupoint catgut implantation group (observation group) and acupuncture group (control group), each group every 38 cases. Through comparison between groups before and their comparative method, observe before and after the treatment two groups of weight, body mass index, bust, waist and hip circumference variations. Result: One period of treatment, two treatment, three months and after six months, two groups of weight, body mass index and waist, hip circumference compared with before treatment, have very significant difference. The two groups of weight, body mass index compared with no significant difference; two groups of waistline, hip circumference in three months after treatment compared with significant difference, one period of treatment, two treatment, after half a year, compared with no significant difference. One period of treatment, three months later, acupoint catgut implantation group with acupuncture group compared to the total effective rate was significant difference. After two courses, Two groups of patients symptoms, signs have improved significantly. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that acupoint catgut embedding therapy for treatment of simple obesity has very good efficacy, and has better curative effect maintenance than acupuncture group after one period of treatment and three months later, compared with it.
