Objective This study through the clinical follow-up to contrast moderate myopic thin corneal patients who were done excimer laser in situ keratomileusis (laser inslut keratomileusis, LASIK) and excimer laser corneal flap with under the grind technique (laser subepithelial keratomileusis, LASEK) after the operation of the forward related indicators such as vision, d, intraocular pressure, corneal topographic map, so as to find the best operative method for moderate myopic thin corneal patients. Methods Follow-up in January2006to December2008line of LASIK surgery LASEK and moderately myopia (spherical equivalent-3.00D--6.00D) thin corneal (CCT less than500μm) patients, including19cases with35eyes in LASIK, LASEK surgery patients19cases of36eyes, follow-up with t test results and analysis of variance, statistical method. The contrast between two papers after surgical forward (3years or above years) of bare eye sight, postoperative dioptre, intraocular pressure, corneal topographic map, eye axis, complications, and so on.Results1.The postoperative forward bare eye sight Postoperative visual acuity1.0and0.5open the percentage of (effective rate) after LASIK surgery forward and visual acuity1.0have29eyes (80.6%),0.5≤bare eye sight <1.0in7eyes (19.4%), no postoperative found the vision acuities were0.5. Postoperative visual acuity department.forward LASEK forward the1.027eyes (77.1%). The0.5<bare eye sight<1.08eyes (22.9%), found no postoperative bare eye sight acuities the0.5. Two methods for thin corneal moderate myopia has a very good long-term effects.2. Postoperative forward dioptre Postoperative dioptre<±1.0D percentage (predicted rate) LASIK1eye postoperative forward arrived1.0D, postoperative predicted rate was97.8%, the group found no postoperative LASEK dioptre greater than1.0D person. After LASIK surgery d0.16±0.27, LASEK group0.10±0.25, two groups of comparisons p value is0.453, the difference was not statistically significant (p>0.05). Two kinds of methods to treat moderate myopia postoperative forward dioptre stable.3. Postoperative forward corneal topographic map Two cases of postoperative corneal topographic map check, and all the indexes in the normal range, postoperative all did not discover cone corneal appear. CIM postoperative increase, LASIK group more irregular surface than LASEK group. SF, TKM postoperative were improved lower, suggesting the central committee and the cornea after around a corneal gap preoperative smooth.4. The long-term follow-up after appear dry eye, glare, eye itch wait for a symptom, no postoperative high intraocular pressure appear, no cone corneal, serious complications. The forward part of the patient appears refractive back, the largest amount back for1.0D, postoperative forward refractive back two groups of comparisons no statistical difference.Conclusions1LASIK, LASEK surgery for correction moderate myopia, the long-term outcomes has the good clinical effect, both postoperative forward bare eye sight d, no significant differences, good stability.2. LASIK surgery not neat degrees in corneal topographic map compare with LASEK. two groups were improved increase, but are in the normal range, two groups did not happen cone corneal etc serious complications in long-term outcomes3. LASIK and have advantages and disadvantages each LASEK, choose which surgery should be based on the specific situation way patients and doctors to make comprehensive consideration of the experience. From security, we propose that the thin corneal moderate myopia choose EK surgery...
