Objective:To study with polylactic acid membrane for local drug carrier of zoledronic acid in thetreatment of osteoporotic fracture healing of ovariectomized rats.Methods:1. To select 60 June aged only in female SD rats.2. 60 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, which named A, B, and C groupsrespectively, each group of 20. A set of blank control group, B group for experimental groups(Poly lactic acid membrane for zoledronic acid drug carriers, 100μg/kg doses, you will attachthe film half coated in fracture breaking end), C group for the experimental control groups (toattach the zoledronic acid membranes are not loaded at fracture breaking end).3. back incision removed SD rats with bilateral ovarian, after copying ovariectomized ratmodel of osteoporosis, manufacturing run rampant in middle left lower extremity of femurfractures, undergoing internal fixation with Kirschner wire cord. Prepare ZA—PLA membranebefore the fracture with internal fixation , to intraoperative fracture in rats in Group b-side coated,coated with Group c drug polylactic acid membrane is not loaded at fracture breaking end.4. Postoperative respectively 1, 2, 4, 6, Kaneyuke bone density scan, bone densitymeasurement is taken isolated left femur in rats, pull out the Kirschner 5 samples to a group,under the same conditions using dual energy x ray absorptiometry scan test, standard area ofinterest is the focus on fracture of 2.0mmx1.5mm region, determination of callus BMD.5.Statistical methods: experimental data obtained from the mean±standard deviation (x_±s),experimental group and control group, respectively compared with the blank control group meanwith design analysis of variance, with P<0.05 as the differences are statistically significant.Results:Group and b group results there is a statistically significant difference (P<0.05), b group cgroup there is a statistically significant difference (P<0.05), the a group and c groups wasnot statistically significant differences ( P>0.05)。Conclusion:1. With polylactic acid membrane as carrier of zoledronic acid in local treatment ofosteoporotic fractures, to have a positive role in promoting fracture healing. 2.Polylactic acid membrane does not have a significant effect on fracture healing.
