Objective:To discuss which one of the two methods containing ERCP-EST and open laparotomy to theropy the extrahepatic bile duct stones has more advantages.Methods:Analyze retrospectively the41cases with extrahepatic bile duct stones in May2010to May2012in general surgery of our hospital and compare respectively the success rate, the postoperative complications.Among them,23cases were theropied with ERCP-EST,and18with open laparotomy.Results:23cases were treated with ERCP-EST,and22of the operation was successful,1case of failure,l cases with postoperative pancreatitis,others with no obvious complications and having good recovery.18cases were theropied with open laparotomy,and17of successful operation,l case of failure,2cases with postoperative bleeding.8cases with postoperative pain,2cases postoperative infection.Conclusion:ERCP-EST is a mature minimally invasive operation.It theropies the extrahepatic bile duct stones more excellently than open laparotomy,at the same time,it can significantly reduce the suffering of patients, make the postoperative complication rate very low, make patients recover quickly after operation, shorten the time in hospital,and reduce the charge in hospital.It is the future direction of the general surgery...
