Objective:To compare the effect of the combined appliances of laparoscopy and duodenoscopy(ERCP+EST+LC) with which of traditional open cholecystectomy and open choledocholithotomy T-tube drainage (OC+OCHTD), to investigate the feasibility and safety of endoscopy combined with and laparoscopy in the treatment of cholecystoiithiasis and extrahepatic bile duct cholelithiasis. Methods:A retrospective study was adopted to analyze82patients with cholecystoiithiasis and extrahepatic bile duct cholelithiasis, including41cases of treatment group(ERCP+EST+LC),41cases of control group(OC+OCHTD).The treatment group was treated with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP). endoscopic sphincterotomy(EST) and laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC). The control group was treated with traditional open cholecystectomy and open choledocholithotomy T-tube drainage. The success rate of operation, incidence of postoperative complications, operation time, feeding time after operation, stomach intestine functional recovery time, stay-in-hospital time after operation, incidence of reliquus calculus and the fee were compared and underwent statistical analyze.Result:The success rate of operation in treatment group was95.1%, and92.7%in control group, the difference was not significant (P>0.05). The operation time, feeding time after operation, stay-in-hospital time after operation in treatment group was significantly better than those in control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of postoperative complications and the fee(P<0.05).Conclusions:It is a safe, effective and feasible microtranma surgery of treating cholecystoiithiasis and extrahepatic bile duct cholelithiasis with endoscopy combined with and laparoscopy. Compared with open cholecystectomy and open choledocholithotimy T-tube drainage, the rate of success of operation and incidence of postoperative complications have no statistical difference, but it can short remarkably the recovery time of gastroenteric function, time of hospitalization. It is worthy to be wide utilization in hospitals with combatively better conditions.
