Objective To approach the change of trypatase and chymase plasms contents of heroin intoxation persons stand for non-allergia anaphylaxis, to complement Chinese healthy individuals’normal value range of tryptase and chymase levels, and reference values of tryptase and chymase levels in heroin intoxation persons by ELISA method, and to confirm increasing of plasm tryptase and chymase values of brain injury and AMI patients,83people’s plasms which contain19heroin cases of heroin intoxation persons,22cases of normal persons,20cases of craniocerebral injuried patients and22cases of patients plasms who were attacked AMI first were measured. And more exploration and discussion were tried to make on the mechanisms of non-allergia anaphylaxis.Method Dividing experiment samples into four groups, control group was normal people plasms, test group1was heroin intoxation persons plasms, test group2was craniocerebral injuried patients plasms, test group3was plasms of patients who were attacked AMI first.(1) Mesuring the contents of all83samples plasms tryptase level by ELISA method and tryptase kit.(2) Mesuring the contents of all83samples plasm chymase level by ELISA method and chymase kit.(3) Descriptive statistics and analytical statistics would be taken for all samples value.Result All83samples’plasm tryptase level results were1297.1±442.6ng/L(control group),4386.6±1467.6ng/L (test group1),4623.4±1542.6ng/L (test group2) and4485.8±1985.1ng/L (test group3). All83samples’plasm chymase level results were122.3■41.8ng/L (control group),457.4±134.8/L(test group1),475.2±143.1ng/L (test group2) and441.3±128.5ng/L (test group3). Compared two index mean values in three test groups with control group by ANOVA. F values were exceed F(3,X) values, which was mean that there was statistic significance between control group and test groups (P<0.05).It implied that plasm tryptase and chymase level of heroin intoxation persons and patients who were attacked craniocerebral injuried and AMI first were hoisted comparing with normal persons. LSD-t analysis was taken between three test groups, But they were not enough evidence to distinguish three test groups. There was no statistic significance between three test groups.Conclusion (1) Plasm tryptase and chymase level of three test groups were raise. It point that there were mast cell degranulation or lysis of MC in two diseases mentioned above and non-allergia anaphylaxis.(2) Raising of plasm tryptase and chymase levels were one diagnostic method of heroin intoxation persons stand for non-allergia anaphylaxis.(3) To diagnose heroin intoxation persons who were attacked craniocereral injury and (or) AMI simultaneously, more index were necessary.
