Extramammary Paget’s Disease (EMPD), also known as Extramammary eczema-like cancer mostly occurs in middle-aged over the age of50, the course of six months to ten years ranging from rare skin cancer. Often misdiagnosed as eczema, dermatitis, skin squamous cell carcinoma and other diseases. Nearly two years, we treated three cases, all male, age range73-44years, disease duration ranging from3years to1year, the diseased parts are the scrotum Ministry. It is combined with the literature on organizational pathology, diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment to discuss the review.
