Objective: To establish the chronic gastritis animal model of HP infectionin Mongolia gerbil and to study the role of Kang fuxin liquid against Hpinfection.Method: We take the international standard strain ATCC43504of Hpinfect test Mongolia gerbils. Mongolia gerbils were divided into four groups inthe experiment, namely, the blank control group, simple infections Hppathological model group, Hp infection and restrained by amoxicillin,clarithromycin and esomeprazole triple drug control group,HP infection andrestrained by kangfuxin group.Using statistical analysis software,we havestudied the impact of kangfuxin on Hp infected Mongolian gerbils through theresult of Kang fuxin liquid on Hp inhibition in vitro, general shape specimenstudy,gastric PH value test, HE staining pathological examination, as well asgastric mucosal cell apoptosis index. And then make analysis that the effect ofKangfuxin solution on Mongolia gerbil gastric mucosa which was infected byHP.Results: The simple Hp infection model group of gerbil gastric mucosapathological examination revealed inflammatory changes, the infection ratewas100%. In the Hp infection with Kang fuxin solution group, the pathologicalexamination of gerbil gastric mucosa did not show significant inflammatorychanges. Similarly, the blank group and Hp infection with triple drug controlgroup had no significant difference. The gastric mucosal AI of Hp infectiongroup was significantly higher than that of blank group; the AI of drug groupcontain triple drug group and Kang Fuxin solution group is below that of Hpinfection group, two groups have similar AI (P>0.05). The result shows that Kang fuxin liquid can reduce Hp induced apoptosis, repair of gastric mucosainjury, inhibition of gastric secretion and inflammatory reaction, and theclinical commonly used triple drug efficacy without significant difference. Thus,for the first time, the experiment in vivo means Kang fuxin liquid has the roleof treatment of Hp associated chronic gastritis.Conclude: Kang fuxin liquid can inhibit the Helicobacter pylori. It showsa case of successful establishment of Hp infection in Mongolia gerbil animalmodel of chronic gastritis, and lay a solid foundation for further study of Hppathogenic factors and molecular mechanisms of carcinogenesis. It confirmedthat Hp can promote gastric mucosa apoptosis increased, leading to gastricmucosa lesions for the unbalance of gastric mucosa apoptosis and proliferationinduced.Kang fuxin liquid can inhibit the secretion of gastric juice, reducedgastric acidity, weaken the attack factor enhances mucosal defense mechanismsand decreased gastric mucosal epithelial cell apoptosis by the experiments invivo.Thereby Kang fuxin can improve gastric mucosal injury by Hp, andprovide a new direction of drug research for clinical treatment of Hp associatedgastritis.
