Object:In our study, we evaluated eletrospun nanosructured meshes in boneregeneration in SD rats.The nanostructured meshes has two layers,outer isPolycaprolactone(PCL) nanosructure scaffold, Characterized by relativelydense, had a certain mechanical strength, can effectively blocked thesurrounding tissue.inner is college-1(col-1) nanosructure scaffold, the structureof simulated bone matrix, has a certain role in bone induction. Construction ofdouble-degradable membrane will be in strength, flexibility, and biologicalactivity, etc., was significantly better than existing GBR membrane.Summarize:Recently, the electrospinning process and the nanofibrousmembers thus fabricated have gained tremendous interest,.several studies havereported the performance of nanofibrous materials in guiding cells to bone cell.Now commonly GBR membrane materials includes unabsorb and can absorb.Titanium coating, ptfe membrane (e-PTEE) and silicon membrane are unabsorbmembranes, this kind of film properties stable, good mechanical strength, butthe menberane is not easy to be fixed, easy to cause infection, also need asecond surgery to take out, So polylactide and collagen biodegradablemembrane is being accepted by people, this kind of membrane materials ischaracteristic of can absorb, do not need to take out a second surgery, but thismemberane is not high mechanical strength, brittleness is big, difficultoperation, degradation products can sometimes cause inflammation. Thereforedeveloped a more ideal GBR film becoming a very important issue. The idealfilm should have the following characteristics:(1) has a good organizationcompatibility.(2) can absorb the degradation rate of degradation,(3) has thecertain mechanical strength, also suitable for surgical operation.(4) can be simulated bones of the matrix of the structure, has some of the biologicalactivity, can promote bone tissue regeneratio. In the course of our study, wepropose to structure the double electric spinning nano guide bone regenerationof film ideas. This film is divided into two layers GBR inside and outside, outerfor polycaprolactam lactone (Polycaprolactone, PCL) layer, characteristic isrelative density, have certain mechanical strength, can effectively blocksurrounding tissues.
