Can obviously reduce cerebral infarction rate, brain index, brain water content; Improving SOD activity, and to the MDA content and NOS activity has not seen the obvious change.KZF of400mg/kg,200mg/kg,100mg/kg doses groups are not completely can prolong acute cerebral ischemia of mice live time, group compared with model, significant difference (P <0.01, P<0.05).The200mg/kg ZF,100mg/kg doses groups can obviously reduce rat arteriovenous shunt thrombosis dry weight;200mg/kg doses groups can obviously reduce rat arteriovenous shunt thrombosis wet weight, and model group is significant difference (P<0.05, P<0.01).KZF of200mg/kg,100mg/kg,50mg/kg doses groups can reduce blood stasis syndrome rat of whole blood viscosity (low cut), increase the ability of red blood cells deformation; KZF of200mg/kg doses groups can reduce blood stasis syndrome animals gather capacity, increase red blood stasis syndrome of PT, reduce rat FIB content and platelet aggregation rate;KZF of100mg/kg dose group of animals can lower FBI content, group compared with model, significant difference (P<0.05, P<0.01).Conclusion:KZF on the artery ischemia-reperfusion rats with the protection function, can improve brain index, reduce cerebral infarction rate and improve the SOD activity; It can extend the, incomplete experimental acute cerebral ischemia mice breathing time; Can obviously reduce rat arteriovenous shunt thrombosis dry weight and wet weight; Can reduce blood stasis syndrome rat of whole blood viscosity, increase the ability of red blood cells deformation; Can reduce blood stasis syndrome animals gather capacity, increase red blood stasis syndrome of PT, reduce rat FIB content and platelet aggregation rate. So KZF has certain effect to stroke, the mechanism for the further research put forward scientific theory.
