Clinical Research Of Changmaile Capsule To Qi And Blood Stasis In Patients With Ischemic Stroke

Objective:This study comparis of ischemic stroke patients on conventional atorvastatin treatment and with the use of Changmaile capsule in the treatment,find the difference of symptoms score, endothelial function with biochemical detection and flow mediated dilation, to discuss Changmaile capsule in treating ischemic stroke mechanism, and provide experimental basis of Changmaile capsule for further clinical application.Methods:Using a randomized controlled clinical trial research method,80cases of ischemic stroke were randomly divided into ordinary treatment group (control group) and Changmaile treatment group (treatment group). The control group and the treatment group adopted conventional therapy and rehabilitation training on stroke, while patients in the control group oral atorvastatin10mg qd, the treatment group were given Changmaile capsule (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, radix curcumae, leech, astragalus, Polygonum multiflorum, red peony root, kudzu, Second People’s Hospital of Fujian province hospital preparations)4/time, tid. After2months of treatment, two groups of patients were examined with symptoms score, plasma endothelin (ET), nitric oxide (NO), false von Willebrand factor (vWF) levels and flow-mediated vasodilatation, and all the results were compared and statistical analysis.Result:1.In the symptom scoring:The treatment group before treatment and after treatment shows significant difference (P<0.05); The control group before treatment and after treatment is significantly different (P<0.05); two groups after the treatment symptoms score shows significant differences (P<0.05).2. The biochemical indexes improvement after treatment in two groups of patients:Patients in two group plasma ET levels compared with before treatment were significantly reduced (P<0.01or P<0.05), after treatment in two groups of patients with plasma ET shows no significant difference (P>0.05); After treatment in two groups of patients with plasma NO content compared with before treatment increased significantly (P<0.01), After treatment in two groups of patients with plasma NO content had no significant difference (P>0.05); After treatment, patients in the treatment group were obviously decreased the content of vWF (P<0.05), after treatment in two groups of patients with vWF content had significant difference (P<0.05). 3. vascular diastolic function improvement after treatment in two groups of patients:FMD, NMD value compared with before treatment were significantly higher (P<0.05), the two groups after treatment between patients with FMD, NMD value had significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Symptoms score comparison results show, Changmaile capsule and atorvastatin on ischemic stroke both have a good effect, at the same time, Changmaile capsule group compared with atorvastatin treated group, there are obvious differences in symptom score, shows that Changmaile capsule can be better improved ischemic stroke patients with symptoms, improve quality of life.2. Biochemical test results show, Changmaile capsule and atorvastatin can improve the ischemic stroke in patients with ET and NO levels, thereby modulating vasodilation, both quite. In addition, Changmaile capsule can improve the ischemic stroke patients with vWF level, shows better effect than atorvastatin, this means Changmaile capsule in the repair of vascular endothelial injury is better than that of atorvastatin.3. Vascular diastolic function detection display, Changmaile capsule and atorvastatin can improve the ischemic stroke patients vasodilatation, Changmaile capsule group therapy for patients with FMD, NMD numerical improvement was better than atorvastatin treated group, this result shows that Changmaile capsule can improve vascular diastolic function on ischemic stroke patients better than atorvastatin.
