The Study On The Mortality Of Different Type Of Chest Pain Patient By Using Of Grace Risk Score

Objective:this paper use all-cause mortality of GRACE (the Global Resistry of Acute Coronary Events) predicted scores to Explore mortality of different card type of the chest pain patients.Methods:This subject use retrospective analysis, We record the general situation、 the clinical history of symptoms and past medical history (coronary heart disease history, history of diabetes) of361patients with chest pain received by our department, in the period from December2009to January2012. According to Chest Pain Patient (Coronary Heart Disease Myocardial Infarction) Standard Emergency Diagnosis and Treatment Written by the State Administration of、 Traditional Chinese medicine YiZhengSi of chest pain of emergency group, it’s divided into four types.Depending on the clinical history of symptoms, ECG changes, clinical data and laboratory tests, in accordance with all-cause death GRACE prediction integral model, Give out each patient’s probability of death according to scores and get from the all-cause GRACE prediction integral evaluation Finding out related risk factors of the highest mortality rate card type by Binary multivariate logistic regression analysis. And tracking the hospital mortality and SIX months of the mortality of patients.Results:Predicted mortality of yang-qi deficiency type and the yang deficiency of yin-of blood deficiency type had no Statistics appointed significance (p>0.05); phlegm stagnation type and qi stagnation with blood stasis type had no Statistics appointed significance (p>0.05); the yang-qi deficiency type respectively with phlegm stagnation type, and qi stagnation with blood stasis type compared the risk of death have statistically significant meaning (p<0.01);the yin-of blood deficiency type respectively with phlegm stagnation type, and qi stagnation with blood stasis type compared the risk of death have statistically significant meaning (p<0.01).Prediction of hospital mortality and six months of mortality or recurrent myocardial infarction probability, Sort by:yang-qi deficiency type> yin-of blood deficiency type> qi stagnation with blood stasis type> phlegm stagnation type.Follow-up results:Hospital mortality and six months of mortality between the groups Sort by:yang-qi deficiency type> yin-of blood deficiency type> qi stagnation with blood stasis type> phlegm stagnation type. Compared among the groups, P<0.01.Conclusion:GRACE risk score model is a good predictive TCM chest pain syndrome type mortality. Deficiency syndrome is the most dangerous type considering the chest pain patient.
