ObjectivesBy collecting information of TCM deficiency Syndrome of Community population, to explore the reliable four diagnostic methods of TCM information acquisition for the Upcoming Large prospective cohort study. MethodsRelying on the topic "the prospective cohort study of the relationship between hyperhomocysteinemia and renal damage" that is hosted by the Guangdong kidney disease Institute of Southern Medical University, taking Anhui province Anqing city XX County community population as the investigation object, Applying<the questionnaire for deficiency syndromes> that is Made According to the diagnosis standard of TCM Deficiency syndrome revised by the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine deficiency syndrome and senile disease research committee, to investigate respondents and Fill out the questionnaire. By using EpiData3.1software double data entry, Using SPSS17software package for statistical analysis, to determinate the consistency of the deficiency Syndrome of population.ResultIn2600patients surveyed, Respectively completed969cases (male480cases),744cases (male387cases),887cases (male441cases)by three Investigators. Results is no significant difference among Heart deficiency,liver deficiency, kidney deficiency syndrome, That Shows the decision has certain consistency; but<the questionnaire for deficiency syndromes) has significant difference, that shows the decision outcome from different investigators has a big deviation.Conclusion1.<the questionnaire for deficiency syndromes> according to the deficiency syndrome of TCM dialectical diagnosis standards is not suitable for use in field survey questionnaire;2. Four diagnostic methods of traditional Chinese medicine information acquisition is difficult to used for upcoming prospective cohort study;3. Tongue shoting acquisition may be relatively stable and easily repeated method of the tongue diagnosis of TCM information acquisition at present.
