ObjectiveObserved the originating rate of coronary heart disease patients combined with dyslipidemia in our hospital, investigate the research through cultural heritage research and the prospect cases, explored this disease and the familiar certificate type and certificate wait to distribute the characteristics for timely intervention to control hyperglycemia, improve the prognosis of coronary heart disease, and traditional.MethodsThis research is divided into the cultural heritage research and clinical research. This research carry out a clinical epidemilolgic survey of syndromes of TCM about CHD patients in Guangzhou city. The research patients mainly comes from GuangDong Second Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, from2009.11to2012.03。In strict accordance with the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria, will be included in the scope of the study patients were cross-sectional survey based development "Stable angina pectoris and patients with dyslipidemia syndrome scale "to complete the patient history and TCM symptoms and signs data collection work. The collected of data to begin input datas use two people and check it meanwhile to make sure exactly input into computer, ensure accurate data entry, collect diagnosis clear coronary heart disease stable angina patients and dyslipidemia syndromes four diagnostic methods material, establish syndrome information database, using the database statistics analysis software SPSS13.0to data management, processing and statistical analysis, the main use frequency analysis, cluster analysis and statistical analysis method, According to TCM theory and experiences of experts to analyze, explore the distribution of stable angina pectoris and dyslipidemia syndrome dialectical typing and TCM syndromes of the law.Results1.Stable angina pectoris and dyslipidemia in middle-aged majority,50-79-year-old patients accounted for90.99%in240patients. Male patients accounted for the majority. There is a remarkable statistical difference in the different age group and gender over the distribution.2. Patients in the traditional risk factors distribution was no significant difference.3. Through the240cases of stable angina pectoris and dyslipidemia patients all TCM symptoms of statistical analysis, the results show that the most common symptoms constitute>40%as follows:chest distress>chest pain> short breath> palpitations> lassitude constipation> white and greasy fur loose stools> sublingual varices> slippery pulse=eating a little and anorexia=fullness in stomach=acroanesthesia and heavy) dark tongue=tongue with petechia> tastelessness in the mouth and not thirsty> dizziness)plethosomy)small and unsmooth pulse.4. We found5TCM syndrome type from the240cases, they were:1. phlegm accumulating with stagnant blood、2. qi-asthenia phlegm、3. qi-stagnancy and blood stasis、4. deficiency of both vital energy and yin、5. deficiency of heart-YANG and kidney-YANG. Among the5syndrome types, phlegm accumulating with stagnant blood formed the largest proportion with32.92%, followed by qi-asthenia phlegm、qi-stagnancy and blood stasis、deficiency of both vital energy and yin、deficiency of heart-YANG and kidney-YANG.Conclusion1.It was showed that the Stable angina pectoris and Dyslipidemia TCM syndromes could be phlegm accumulating with stagnant blood, qi-asthenia phlegm, qi-stagnancy and blood stasis, deficiency of both vital energy and yin, deficiency of heart-YANG and kidney-YANG.2. The stable angina pectoris and dyslipidemia TCM syndrome was positively correlated with index of blood fat.3. Dyslipidemia is one of the single and important risk factor in causing the development of CHD, therefore more aggressive action in the management of lipid levels of these patients is a key treatment method.4.The results of clustering analysis have definite signification in TCM syndrome research.
