Clinical Study On Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease And Dyslipidemia Stasis Jiaweisiwu Granules In The Treatment Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis

Purpose To observe the effect of Jiawei Siwu granules in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease clinical curative effect with dyslipidemia,and discuss its mechanism.Methods 72 patients with coronary heart disease and stable angina pectoris combined with dyslipidemia were selected from Jiangyin Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,TCM dialectical belong to phlegm and blood stasis type, allocated randomly into two groups,one was treament group and the other was control group,each group of 36 cases.There was no significant statistical difference in the general clinical data of the two groups at various levels,age,sex,course of disease, (P> 0.05).The control group were treated with Atorvastatin calcium tablet,Aspirin enteric-coatedtablet,nitroglycerin in the tongue under the attack of angina pectoris. The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Siwu Granules Treatment on the basis of the control group. Treatment time was 56 days. Before and after treatment in patients with angina pectoris curative effect observation, the effect of electrocardiogram (ECG),nitroglycerin stop minus the rate of, TCM syndrome score and blood fats curative effect, and liver and renal function, blood glucose, blood routine, urine routine, stool routine safety index changes.Results 1.The curative effect of angina pectoris:In improving the symptoms of angina, the curative effect of the treatment group(total effective rate was 94.44%)was better than that of the control group (total effective rate was 77.78%),by statistical analysis (P<0.05), have obvious statistical difference.2. The ECG effect:the treatment group effective rate was 80.56%, the control effective rate of 55.56%,by statistical analysis (P<0.05), ECG curative effect in treatment group was better than the control group.3.The nitroglycerin dosage:the dosage of nitroglycerin in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group,by statistical analysis (P<0.05).4. The TCM syndrome integral:by statistical analysis, the improvement of TCM syndrome score in treatment group was better than that in control group (P<0.05).5. The curative effect of blood lipid:The total effective rate of treatment group (91.67%), in the control group total effective rate (77.78%),had statistically significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group. The treatment group was better than the control group in reducing the TC,TG and LDL-C of the patients. The treatment group is better than that of control group increased high-density lipoprotein cholesterol.Statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The jiaweisiwu granules in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and dyslipidemia patients is safe and reliable. It can not only reduce the attack of angina pectoris, improve the symptoms of Chinese medicine, the consumption of nitroglycerin was reduced,but also improve the blood lipid level. It provides a reference for the future treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type of coronary heart disease stable angina patients with dyslipidemia, Jiawei Siwu granules is worthy of clinical application。...
