The Study Of Yang Deficiency Constitution Associated With Haemostasis Constitution In Mid-age And Old Patients In Acupuncture Department

Objective:According to the nine kinds of constitutions, we observed the association about yang deficiency constitution with haemostasis constitution and analyzed the principle of causing the yang deficiency complicated by haemostasis constitution.Research Methods:The research object:According to the understanding of the patients, using traditional Chinese medicine nine basic physical classification scale which was formulated in the classification of constitution in Chinese medicine method and its standard of established research project by professor WangQi, I investigated500patients whose age is more than45years old from March2011to April2012in Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese medicine first affiliated hospital acupuncture clinic and the acupuncture inpatient departmentInvestigation method:Using the cross-sectional scene investigation, We totally send out500questionnaires and received467back, because33patients did not fill in the form rightly or the serious scores polarization. The recovery is93.4%.Assessment:We should judge investigation object physique with TCM ratings of physical scale and the result of synthesis of four diagnostic methods by professional doctors. Using the SPSS17.0statistical software package of statistical analysis, data gathered and calculated shows the structural relative number of yang deficiency condition complicated by other conditions. With the Pearson r correlation coefficient and X2analysis, we analysis whether yang deficiency condition associated with haemostasis constitution. With the structural relative number, we find the most common disease in yang deficiency complicated by haemostasis constitution people. We use X2analysis and Pearson r correlation coefficient to show the relationship between gender and yang deficiency complicated by haemostasis constitution, as well as, age and this kind complicated constitution. Count material chooses a X2analysis, measurement data using t analysis, level with the rank and test data. All the statistics tests adopt double side inspection. P value is less than or equal to0.05will be considered a statistically significant difference.Results:This study participants included500patients with investigators, however, observe the process, the actual recovery questionnaires were467cases of statistical data analysis:1、In this research, The effective recovery is93.4%.2、Among467cases of mid-aged and old investigators,110cases are basic yang deficiency constitution and70cases are yang deficiency complicated by haemostasis constitution. Because old patients are impossible to have only one kind of constitution, sometimes the constitution of them is complicated. The structural relative number is63.64%. In this study467cases, yang deficiency complicated by haemostasis constitution totally are70patients. There are157cases which is not yang deficiency constitution but haemostasis constitution. There are40cases which is not haemostasis constitution but yang deficiency constitution. Neither yang deficiency constitution nor haemostasis constitution are200. With X2analysis (P<0.05), we consider that the association between the yang deficiency constitution and the haemostasis constitution is statistically significant. Further more, ris0(-1<r<1). This proves that there is association between yang deficiency constitution and haemostasis constitution.3、With the X2inspection analyze for the different age, we found that P<0.05.This proves that, yang deficiency complicated by haemostasis constitution is related with age in mid-aged and old patients. Furthermore, we count out R is0.73. This result shows that along with the growth of the age, yang deficiency complicated by haemostasis constitution shows more possibility. 4、Using the x2inspection analyze for different gender patients, we found that P>0.05. This result shows that, in the mid-aged and old patients, there is no difference between male and female.5、Through the analyze to the yang deficiency complicated by haemostasis constitution patients, we found the insomnia total number of cases constitute is24.286%, which shows insomnia is the most common disease in this kind of patients.Conclusion:The research shows that, there is obvious association between the yang deficiency constitution and the haemostasis constitution in the mid-age and old patients who have diseases, such as insomnia, obesity, age spot, headache, etc. Age and characteristic are related factors. The adjustment for mid-aged and old people in yang deficiency complicated by haemostasis constitution should be attracted more attention in the modern competitive social adjustment. However, for normal mid-age and old people, whether the yang deficiency constitution is complicated with the haemostasis constitution, and the causal relationship between diseases and this complicated constitution need further research.
