Clinical Observation Of GanMaiDaZaoTang Combined With Powder For Regulating Liver And Spleen For Patients With Depressive Disorder Of Stagnation Of Liver-QI With Deficiency Of The Spleen

ObjectiveThis clinical has observed the clinical effect of the treatment of GanMaiDaZaoTang combined with powder for regulating liver and spleen by using self-control contrast test experimental design in order to discusses the theoretical basis so that to generalize preferably in clinicalMethodsThe research object has been selected from Taiwan spiritual master Chinese medicine clinic. These30fit cases with depression have taken GanMaiDaZaoTang combined with powder for regulating liver and spleen to treat for8weeks, and utilizing Hamierton depression scale, self-rating depression scale(SDS), Score rating scales of traditional chinese medicine zheng hou, self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) to research clinical therapeutic and finally to compare the score of rating scales has or has not significant deviation in pretherapy and post-treatment appreciation at2weeks、4weeks、6weeks、8weeks.The method of data handling:to use paired t-test of itself anterior-posterior contrast. It was used SPSS13.0Software to found databases and carry out statistical analysis draw.This study has observed30depression patients who are48.412±6.467years old from February in2011to February In2011in addition to the deletion case on halfway.There are16male and14female. These Cases was to dialectical treat going through the GanMaiDaZaoTang combined with powder for regulating liver and spleen and to carry out the observation which has been for8weeks. The survey of Hamierton depressed, depression scale (SDS), self-rating depression scale, the score rating scales of syndrome score of TCM and self-rating anxiety scale was accomplished respectively at2weeks6weeks8weeks, and the results as follow:The research found HAMD Score take on gradually descent tendency in interfered duration. By paired t-test, foud that the HAMD Score of cases has not significant deviation between before Experiment interference and interference after2weeks (T=1.933, p=0.063).There was a significant difference between before Experiment interference and interference after4,6,8weeks (p=0.000).To analyze from effect, the total effective power was36.67%interference after2weeks.The total effective power was73.33%interference after4weeks. The total effective power was80%interference after6weeks. The total effective power was86.67%interference after8weeks.The research found syndrome score of TCM take on gradually descent tendency1nterference after2,4,6,8, weeks. By paired t-test, foud that the Score has not significant deviation between before experiment interference and interference after2weeks (T=1.789, p=0.084).There was a significant deviation between before interference and interference after4,6,8weeks (p=0.000).To analyze from therapeutic effect, the total effective power was70%interference after2weeks. The total effective power was80%interference after4weeks, the total effective power was86.67%. Interference after6weeks the total effective power was90%interference after8weeks.It was showed that the SDS score was descended step by step by used with the GanMaiDaZao Tang combined with Powder for Regulating Liver and Spleen, which indicated patients were got improved. But from4to6weeks, the SDS score was rebounded. It indicated patients’situation was repeated relapse between treated times..There was a significant deviation between before interference and interference after4,6,8weeks for SDS score (p=0.000).The total effective rate was53.33%after2weeks intervention. After4weeks total effective rate was80%, after6weeks total effective rate was90%, after4weeks total effective rate was93.33%.It was showed that the SAS score was descended step by step by used with the GanMaiDaZaoTang combined with Powder for Regulating Liver and Spleen, which indicated patients were got improved.. There was a significant deviation between before interference and interference after4,6,8weeks for SAS score (p=0.000).. The total effective rate was66.67%after2weeks intervention. After4weeks total effective rate was83.33%, after6weeks total effective rate was86.67%, after4weeks total effective rate was96.67%.Conclusion1. The HAMD score was improved significantly used by the GanMaiDaZaoTang combined with powder for regulating liver and spleen for depressive disorder impatients after4weeks.2. The syndrome score of TCM was improved significantly used by the GanMaiDaZaoTang combined with powder for regulating liver and spleen for depressive disorder impatients after4weeks.3. The SDS score was improved significantly used by the GanMaiDaZaoTang combined with powder for regulating liver and spleen for depressive disorder impatients after2weeks. Meanwhile, it should pay attention to the situation that maybe would be repeated relapse between4weeks and6weeks.4. The SAS score was decreased significantly used by the GanMaiDaZaoTang combined with powder for regulating liver and spleen for depressive disorder impatients after2weeks.
