| Objective:Through clinical observation,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of chai mai lifting powder in treating generalized anxiety disorder of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome.Comparing with control group treating by paroxetine.By analyzing the HAMA and TCM syndrome scores before and after the treatment.To explore the clinical effect,mechanism and safety of chai mai lifting powder.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criterion,there were a total of 60 cases of patients with generalized anxiety,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group were given traditional Chinese medicine chai mai lifting powder,twice a day,the control group were given paroxetine,take half a tablet after breakfast in the first 4 days,take 1 pills from the fifth day.Total treatmemt is 4 weeks.Before treatment,the two groups are compared to ensure there is no difference in gender,age,HAMA and TCM syndrome scores.HAMA and TCM syndrome scores are abserved before treatment and after treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks.Blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram were monitored during the experiment.And observe the related side effects,safety monitoring conclusions.All the scores of two groups after treatment are statistically analysed to observe the therapeutic effect and safety.Results:Both chai mai lifting powder and paroxetine can obviously improve the HAMA and TCM syndrome scores.After two weeks,the reduction of HAMA andTCMsyndrome scores between 2 groups have significant differemce.(P<0.05)After four weeks,the reduction of TCM syndrome scores between 2 groups have significant differemce.(P<0.05)But the the reduction of HAMA scores are similar.(P>0.05)Conclusion:chai mai lifting powder can improve the HAMA scores and symptoms of GAD patients.The study affirms the clinical curative effect of chai mai lifting powder.Chai mai lifting powder has better curative effect compared with paroxetine,the former arises faster,the security is higher,and the side reaction is slighter. |
