Clinical Study On The Basis Of The Theoretical Studies Of Kidney Holding Qi To Treat COPD In Stationary Phase With Kidney Failing To Hold Qi Syndrome By Prepared Rhizome Of Rehmannia With Large Dose

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a commonly seen disease in clinical, the key of treatment of the disease in stationary phase is to prevent the recurrence of the disease and suspend the deterioration of lung function. The study put forward to treat COPD patients with kidney failing to hold Qi syndrome by Prepared Rhizome of Rehmannia with large dose, and provide theoretical basis for treating difficult and complicated cases of lung system.The paper consists of theoretical studies, clinical studies and discussion. In theoretical studies, the article sorted the studies on kidney failing to hold Qi syndrome and by ancient and modern medical scholars, and stressed on the feasibility and precautions of application of Prepared Rhizome of Rehmannia with large dose. In clinical studies, the article validated the effects and advantages of Prepared Rhizome of Rehmannia with large dose in treating COPD in stationary phase through analysis of therapeutic effects and prescriptions on44cases. In discussion part, the article made a summary of the thoughts and experience of tutor in treating COPD, and discussed the problems and improved method in studies.
