The Study On Regulation Of Tcm Syndromes Distribution In Gastralgia Of Chronic Gastritis And Correlation Factors

Objective:To sum up the TCM symptoms of gastralgia by collecting the clinical data of chronic gastritis patients. To explore the relationship among age,sex,occupation,season,predisposing factor, gastroscopic presentation and the TCM symptoms.Methods:520chronic gastritis patients who have the symptom of gastralgia were included.Record the clinical data of chronic gastritis patients with questionnaires. Set up a database with Excel,using cluster analysisvand regression analysis to analyze data.Results:The syndromes of520patients with gastralgia can be divided into asthenia cold syndrome (48.84%),stagnation of Qi syndrome(29.65%),fire stagnation syndrome(13.95%),yin deficiency syndrome(7.56%). The proportion of females and males was0.58:1. The most in age of onset was middle age. Staff was the greatest proportion in occupation distribution. Improper diet and bad mood were the most in the etiology. The course of the disease was more than one year mostly.Summer is the most in the season of gastralgia incidence. The distribution of syndrome type had no relationship with sex and age. The asthenia cold syndrome and yin deficiency syndrome proportion improved significantly with the course of disease increased.Asthenia cold syndrome and yin deficiency syndrome were common in atrophic gastritis. Stagnation of Qi syndrome and fire stagnation syndrome were common in non atrophic gastritis. The distribution of syndrome type had no relationship with erosion of gastric mucosal and HP infection.Conclusion:The proportion of females with gastralgia in chronic gastritis patients was more than males.The most in age of onset was middle age.
