The Clinical Observation Of Fibroptic Ductoscopy Plus Chinese Medicines In Treatment Of Lumps Of Plasma Cell Mastitis

Background:In recent years, the incidence of plasma cell mastitis, there is an upward trend, while the clinical lack of effective and less damage to the short duration of treatment.Objective:To compare the ductoscopy intervention plus TCM*treatment and traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment efficacy of lumps of plasma cell mastitis,Design:A randomized single-blind parallel trialsResearch departments:Breast Surgery of the Third People’s Hospital of Nantong CityParticipants:30patients with lumps of plasma cell mastitisMethods:30patients are randomized into two groups, treatment group15, control group15. The control group is treated with traditional Chinese medicine. Treatment group with the the ductoscopy intervention+TCM treatment。Results:The control group, TCM diagnosis and treatment of15cases,7cases are cured,8cases improved,0cases is not, the cure rate of46.7%,100%efficiency; the treatment group, the ductoscopy plus TCM diagnosis and treatment of15cases,14cases are cured, improved in1case,0cases invalid, the cure rate is93.3%,100%efficiency. The mean duration of treatment of the control group is40.00±3.42days and the median treatment duration of the treatment group is23.79±7.57days,95%confidence interval (9.87,22.56).Conclusion:The ductoscopy interventional treatment plus TCM diagnosis and treatment can improve the clinical cure rate of lumps of plasma cell mastitis, can also reduce the duration of treatment。The ductoscopy can intuitively understand the lesions of duct, more accurately grasp the condition changes。...
