The Clinical Research Of The Developmental Potential Of Ovarian Follicle By Therapy Of Benefiting Kidney For Ovulatory Infertility

Objective: To observe the follicle raising and the effects of ovulation induction in stimulation cycles of Ovulatory Infertility, discussing the promotion of traditional Chinese medicine for the development of follicle. At the same time, detecting INHB at the basic level of menstrual cycle, to explore the predictive for developmental potential of follicular cells.Methods: The patients were divided into two groups randomly:A curing group by COS(CC+HMG) treating(38examples) and B curing group by COS(CC+HMG) combine with Benefiting kidney treating(40examples). To observe the Application Time, Gn and Estradiol Valerate amount when dominant ovarian follicle come out(Diameter18-22mm). To observe the ovulation end and the Endometrial thickness of Ovulatory Infertility. Detecting INHB at the basic level of menstrual cycle, Correlation Analysis between age, AFC, E2, FSH, FSH/LH and INHB, INHB and the amount of ovarian follicle(Diameter≥12mm、14mm、16mm). Results:1. Comparing with group B, group A have higher Application Time, Gn and Estradiol Valerate amount(P﹤0.05). Comparing with group A, group B have thicker Endometrial thickness at the end of COS(P<0.05).2. Comparing with group A, group B have higher ovulation rate at the end of COS(P<0.05).There is no significant difference of poor ovarian response, OHSS and LUFS rate between group A and group B (P﹥0.05)3. Correlation Analysis between age, AFC, E2, FSH, FSH/LH and INHB.(1) The levels of INHB was correlated negatively with the age (P﹤0.05,r=-0.566);(2)AFC was correlated positively with the levels of INHB (P﹤0.05,r=0.566);(3)The levels of E2was not correlated with the levels of INHB(P﹥0.05);(4)The levels of FSH was correlated negatively with the levels of INHB (P﹤0.05,r=-0.167);(5)FSH/LH was correlated positively with the levels of INHB (P﹤0.05, r=-0.294).4. Correlation Analysis between INHB and the amount of ovarian follicle(Diameter≥12mm、14mm、16mm). The amount of ovarian follicle(Diameter≥12mm、14mm、16mm) was correlated positively with the levels of INHB(P﹤0.05). r1﹥r2﹥r3, The levels of INHB can predictive for the developmental potential of follicular cells but not the ovulation end.Conclusion:Therapy of Benefiting kidney would benefit for the development of ovarian follicle during COS, thicken Endometrial thickness, increase ovulation rate. Traditional Chinese medicine combined with COS, would reduce the amount of Gn.INHB would reflect ovarian reserve, and predictive for the developmental potential of follicular cells but not the ovulation end.
