Effects Of Huangqi Sanshen Decoction To The Epithelia Of Mouse Small Intestinal Crypts After Being Radiated

Object: Through the observation on the effect of the Chinese herb Huangqi Sanshen Decoction to the small intestine crypt cells of mouse under different radiotherapy dosage, study whether there is protective function to the different dosage illumination under the radiotherapy, then deduce the poisonous reducing function of supplementing qi and nourishing yin treatment to radiotherapy.Method:Choice120healthy mouse and divide them into two groups stochastically,the treatment group and the control group(there are60mouse in each group and in which30male,30female). Mouse in the treatment group will accept the different dosage illumination after taking the traditional Chinese herb, Control group accept the different dosage illumination purely.84hours after irradiation, kill them and count the small intestine crypts of mouse under mirrors by the method according to Withers HR[1]. Evaluating the curative effect indicator by the coutings, and statistical the difference between the two groups by analysis the number of small intestine crypts.Result:①There is no difference of their sex between the two group (P>0.05). The difference between the male mouse of the two group by dosage12Gy and13Gy illumination is not significant (P>0.05); There is significant difference between male mouse of the two group by dosage14Gy and16Gy illumination (p<0.05);There is significant difference between female mouse of the two group under different dosage illumination (P<0.05);and There is very significant difference between both male and female mouse by dosage15Gy illumination(△p<0.01).②Two groups mouse, unconsideration its sex, have very significance difference under different dosage illumination (△p<0.01).③According to the graph of the number of small intestine crypts, the treatment group is superior to the control group.Conclusion:The Huangqi Sanshen Decoction have the repair function to regeneration small intestine crypts. From that we know it has protective function to the radiation injury of mouse small intestine epithelial cell under different radiotherapy dosage.Then we get the inference that supplementing qi and nourishing yin treatment can reduce the poisonous efficiency function by the radiotherapy, and it is worth for clinical promotion.
