Purpose Observeing the effect of different doses and different time of Huang Qi San Shen Yin on small intestinal crypts of mouse, to provide the best drug concentration and time for follow-up study.Method Select 100 healthy mice, divide them into 2 groups at taking 2 weeks medicine group and taking 4 weeks medicine group. Both groups were divided into comparison group. low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group. Control group 14 mice, and the remaining 12 mice of each group, one half of male and female. Experimental group of people-the equivalent amount of mouse 1 times,2 times,4 times the stomach; control group were given distilled water. After giving medicine for 2 weeks or 4 weeks in a row,detect blood and count small intestinal crypts of mice.Result 1. Routine blood analysis comparison of the results of traditional Chinese medicine group serving 2 weeks compared with the control group, the performance of each dose group of WBC, RBC,HB and PLT is no significant difference (P>0.05), shows the different dose levels in mice no effect on blood indicators.2 Comparison of small intestinal crypts (1) service 2 weeks compared with the control group, the concentration of each dose group female mice no difference in the number of recess, no statistical significance (P>0.05); while male mice, there was significant difference (△P<0.01). (2) service 4 weeks compared with the control group, only females in the crypt times the number of dose levels there was a significant difference (△p< 0.01); other groups were compared with the corresponding control group, no difference, no statistically significant (P>0.05). Dose levels above the comparison group had no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion 100 mice were observed in this study, the experimental group and control group contrast, mice in each group showed changes in blood indicators of no effect. With the increase in the concentration of Chinese medicine, also increased the number of mice recess, when the concentration increased to 4 times, the crypt, however, reduced the number of times, but still higher than the lower dose of medicine when the concentration of more than 2 weeks to take the number of large crypts in mice medicine at least 4 weeks medicine who take 2 weeks in the times that dose levels of Chinese medicine to promote crypt cell proliferation on the most obvious.
